  • Provide a content regulation service for one of the largest technological platforms in the World;
  • Ensure that the platforms store content is accurately reviewed and actioned to adhere to the platforms policies;
  • Maintain a high level of quality in each case that you review;
  • Ensure training, standards, and policies are provided.
Your qualificationsConcentrix is a great match if you:
  • Have an advanced level of Greek (written and oral) (C1);
  • Have an English level (intermediate);
  • Have prior Customer Service Experience - is mandatory (minimum 6 months);
  • Have a high curiosity about the cryptocurrency market;
  • Possess the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally;
  • Are skilled in multi-tasking & working under pressure;
  • Are a fast learner and diligent worker.
