Your qualificationsConcentrix is a great match if you:

Have a high level of Portuguese (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
Prior experience on outbound sales, D2D, contact center or BPO
Resilience to objections and ability to overcome customer concerns and to work in a target-driven environment
Ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, build rapport and establish trust
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to effectively convince customers to purchase insurance
Ability to self motivate
Empathy and patience to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
