  • ASC Repair monitorization
  • Handle Air Conditioner contacts by phone
  • VOC Management (manage complaints)
  • Drive NPS
  • Propose maintenance and warranty extension for particular AC products
  • Control requests for specific AC products and be able to do a simple proposal to analyze the product.
  • Manage the installations coming through the Online Store channel.
Your qualificationsConcentrix is a great match if you:
  • Have a high level of European Portuguese (written and oral)
  • Have a relevant experience as an Air Conditioning technician or assistant AC technician (is a plus)
  • Have proficient PC skills
  • Have excellent communication skills (ability to communicate technical issues in non-technical terms)
  • Have the ability to operate in high-pressure situations
