Job Description

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations including supplies management, facility upkeep, and coordination of office activities.

    5. Event Coordination: Organize office events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring that all logistics are handled smoothly.
    6. Budget Management: Assist in managing office budgets, monitoring expenses, and making cost-saving recommendations.
    7. Inventory Control: Track and manage office supplies and ensure stock levels are maintained.
    8. Compliance and Policies: Ensure that the office complies with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
    9. Client Interaction: Provide administrative support to clients and external parties, including handling inquiries, complaints, and requests for information.
