Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Client Management: Act as the main liaison for assigned client accounts, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Relationship Development: Foster long-term relationships with clients by identifying their business needs and recommending appropriate products or services.
    • Sales Support: Assist in identifying sales opportunities and work with the sales team to convert leads into profitable business partnerships.
    • Negotiations: Lead contract and service agreement negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and the client.
    • Project Coordination: Oversee the execution of client projects, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.
    • Client Retention: Develop strategies to improve client retention, including monitoring satisfaction levels and addressing concerns proactively.
    • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including client satisfaction, revenue growth, and account profitability.
    • Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide clients with informed recommendations.
    • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM systems with relevant information on client accounts.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
    • Proven experience in client relationship management, sales, or account management.
    • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Experience with CRM tools and project management software is a plus.
