Agency Development Manager Life InsuranceLocation: Salary: Up to 4 LPA Reimbursements Incentives Experience: 2-10 years in salesJob Description / ResponsibilitiesManage and achieve Life Insurance sales goals through:
• Recruiting agents and building a strong sales team.
• Training and developing agents on a commission basis.
• Supervising the activity plans of all agents to ensure they meet the desired levels.
• Conducting weekly performance reviews (PRP) with agents and updating the Sales Management System.
• Promoting and motivating agents to participate in the Career Progression Program.
• Encouraging agents to utilize the Agent Portal & CRM for managing customer relations and cross-selling products.
Desired Candidate ProfileExperience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience (Life Insurance preferred). Background:
• Strong people management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on achieving commercial results.
• Goal-driven with a proven sales track record.
• Mature and confident with excellent communication skills.
• Stable employment history.
• Well-networked in the local market with market insights.
• Minimum graduate in any stream.
