Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Sales Target Achievement: Assist in meeting and exceeding sales targets for the assigned territory by supporting the Territory Manager.
    • Team Leadership: Help in managing and mentoring sales teams, guiding them to achieve their individual and team sales objectives.
    • Market Expansion: Identify potential markets and clients to expand the companys presence in the region.
    • Customer Support: Maintain relationships with key clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
    • Reporting: Assist in preparing regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to provide insights to upper management.
    • Training and Development: Support in training new sales team members and ensuring they are up to date with product knowledge and sales techniques.
    • Brand Promotion: Coordinate and participate in marketing and promotional activities to boost the companys brand in the territory.
    • Budget Management: Assist in managing budgets for the territory, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve sales goals.
    • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities are in compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory standards.
