Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Store Operations: Oversee daily operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
    2. Inventory Control: Regularly monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage stock-taking procedures.
    3. Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to improve revenue.
    4. Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage store staff, including shift planning and delegation of tasks.
    5. Customer Relationship Management: Address customer concerns, ensure customer satisfaction, and enhance loyalty.
    6. Reporting: Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales and stock reports to senior management.
    7. Financial Management: Manage the stores financial activities, including cash handling, expense control, and budgeting.
    8. Merchandising: Maintain optimal product display, ensuring that the store layout is attractive and products are well-positioned.
    9. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local laws.
