The role involves handling global customer interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and delivering high-quality customer experience across voice, chat, or email support channels. Key Responsibilities
    • Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions (voice/chat/email)
    • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests effectively
    • Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) and quality scores
    • Follow defined SLA, TAT, and process guidelines
    • Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
    • Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when required
    • Ensure adherence to compliance and quality standards
    • Meet individual and team performance targets
    Required Skills
    • Experience in International BPO / Customer Support
    • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
    • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in rotational/night shifts
    • Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling experience
    • Customer-first mindset with attention to detail
    Good to Have
    • Experience in voice / blended / chat support processes
    • Exposure to US/UK/Australian processes
    • Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions
    • Immediate availability / short notice period
