    1. Global Support Desk Executive Bangalore | Pune
    Job Description (JD)Hiring Global Service Desk Support ProfessionalsLocations: Pune | Bangalore Experience: 1 Years CTC: Up to 5.5 LPA Shift: Rotational / 24x7 / Night Shift Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma / BE / BTech / BCA / MCAKey Responsibilities:
    • Provide Level 1 IT support to global users via calls, chat, email, and tickets
    • Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, passwords, VPN, Outlook, Office 365, and connectivity
    • Log, track, and resolve incidents using ticketing tools
    • Escalate unresolved issues to L2 / L3 support teams
    • Ensure SLA compliance and high customer satisfaction
    • Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions
    • Support users across multiple geographies and time zones
    Required Skills:
    • Experience in Global Service Desk / IT Helpdesk / Technical Support
    • Good communication skills in English
    • Knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365, Networking basics
    • Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow / Remedy / Jira
    • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
    • Immediate joiners preferred
