    Job Summary:Titan Watches is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Officer (CRO). The ideal candidate will serve as the face of our brand, delivering exceptional service to customers while promoting our products and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Customer Engagement:
      • Greet and assist customers with their inquiries, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
      • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
    2. Sales and Service:
      • Drive sales by effectively showcasing the features and benefits of Titan watches.
      • Process transactions, manage billing, and handle returns or exchanges in compliance with company policies.
    3. Product Knowledge:
      • Stay updated on the latest Titan products, collections, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
      • Educate customers on product care and warranties.
    4. Customer Feedback:
      • Collect and address customer feedback to improve the store experience.
      • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, escalating to the manager when necessary.
    5. Store Maintenance:
      • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
      • Assist in maintaining stock levels and arranging product displays.
