Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Handle customer queries via inbound/outbound voice process.
    • Ensure high-quality service delivery with empathy & professionalism.
    • Provide timely resolutions and maintain customer satisfaction.
    • Follow-up and document customer interactions in CRM/tools.
    • Adhere to process & compliance guidelines.
    Skills Required:
    • Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).
    • Strong active listening & problem-solving skills.
    • Typing proficiency & basic computer knowledge.
    • Flexible to work in rotational shifts / night shifts.
    • Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice preferred.
    Eligibility:
    • Education: PUC / Diploma / Any Graduate.
    • Minimum 1 year to maximum 8 years of Customer Support / Voice Process experience.
    • International voice experience preferred (Domestic voice with strong comms also considered).
