The Product Specialist will be responsible for implementing, supporting and enhancing our cyber security products to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.Qualifications Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security (or related field) 2 years of experience in. Cyber Security Implementation, cyber threat analysis, incident response, and security management Hands on Experience of migrating existing security solution to Netskope, Crowdstrike and other security platform. Experience working with security products such as NAC (Network Access Control), firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS. Hands-on experience with cyber security tools and protocols including but not limited to SIEM (Security Information and Event Management), Endpoint Detection and Response, DLP (Data Loss Prevention), and security incident response solutions. Ability to assess, design and implement enterprise networks and systems security solutions Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment Certifications in relevant technical areas such as CCNA Cyber Ops, CEH, GCIH, GCIA, CISSP etc. are an advantage,
