Job Description

Role Description: SAP SUCCESSFACTORS ADMINSTRATOR Grade B2/C1Grade b2- experience :4 to 6 yearsGrade c1-experience 6 to 9 yearsRole description and requirements:-Certified SF consultant with prior experience of managing Provisioning, SF Modules and User Administration-Experience in User Role Administration (should have managed authorization for 20K users)-Good knowledge of SuccessFactors data models (Corporate & Succession)-Good knowledge of XML to make changes to different templates in Provisioning-Manage platform features that includes Home Page setting, HRIS sync to UDF, Personalization and UX-Monitor system performance, server & network latency and ensure availability across globe-Experience in implementing GDPR country specific policies-Schedule & monitor data purging / masking as per data privacy configuration in different SF modules-Instance refresh cycle planning, execution, scrambling/anonymize data post refresh-Manage Periodic Release updates / Patches and work with leadership to determine enablement plan-Manage day-to-day system operations-Support organizational communication & change management efforts-Maintain system configuration and documentation according to the best process & practices-Manage integrations SF to ECC and other 3rd party solutions-Provide effective concise, timely, and consistent verbal and written communications to peers, stakeholders and management-VAPT Management on Server in conjunction with GI Infra TeamOthers:-Excellent Problem-solving and analytical skills.-Excellent interpersonal & Team Management skillsMust and Good To Have Skills- SAP SUCCESSFACTORS ADMINISTRATION / MANAGMENTRequired Qualification SAP SUCCESSFACTORS SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION / KNOWLEDGE ON SAP SUCCESSFACTORS SUITERequired Experience:5 YearsRequired Designation:Location Mumbai / Bangalore,
