Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Recruitment & Onboarding:
      • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
      • Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and onboarding processes.
    • Employee Relations:
      • Support the HR Manager in handling employee relations issues and providing guidance on conflict resolution.
      • Assist in managing employee grievances and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
    • Performance Management:
      • Assist in the performance management process, including setting up performance reviews and tracking employee progress.
      • Help in developing and implementing performance improvement plans.
    • Compliance & Administration:
      • Ensure company policies and procedures are compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws.
      • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
    • Training & Development:
      • Assist in identifying training needs and organizing professional development programs.
      • Facilitate internal training sessions and workshops as needed.
    • HR Reporting & Analytics:
      • Prepare HR reports and metrics to track and analyze HR-related data.
      • Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.
