Job Description

    *Position Summary:**We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture. *Key Responsibilities:**- **Recruitment and Onboarding:**- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offers.- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.- **Employee Relations:**- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.- Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and promote a positive work environment.- **Performance Management:**- Support the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.- Facilitate training sessions on performance management best practices.- **Compliance and Policies:**- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.- **HR Administration:**- Maintain employee records and HR databases.- Prepare reports on HR metrics and trends for management review.- **Training and Development:**- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.- Support employee engagement initiatives. *Qualifications:**- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- 3 years of experience in HR or a related field.- Strong understanding of HR practices and labour laws.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software (e.g., HRIS).- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. *Preferred Qualifications:**- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.- Experience in HR Executive.,
