Job Description

    • Department: Process Excellence
    • Position: Specialist IT Coordination
    • Qualification:Any bachelors degree and with 0 to 2 Years of experience in IT Coordination; strong German Language skills B1 /B2 or higher Certification.
    • Responsibilities and Duties:
    • 1. Solving IT Tickets
    • a. Proven experience as IT coordinator or similar role will be additional advantage
    • b. Experience in network management and help desk support is appreciated
    • c. Solid knowledge of IT systems and applications
    • d. Support IT tickets raised by across Germany (Engineering Team)
    • e. Proactive & Prioritization of Tickets depends on Business impact
    • f. Update Information in SharePoint or equivalent Ticketing System
    • g. Provide weekly update to Leadership Team
    • h. Collaborate with other IT Service professionals to provide access, Logins, Create User, etc.,
    • i. Collect the Cost details of Software and Hardware and prepare detail report to Leadership team
    • Necessary Skills:
    • 1.Advanced knowledge of SCM, MS Excel, using charts, handling & organizing big data amounts
    • 2. Experience of using pivot-reports
    • 3. Understanding of different Software & Hardware request from Users
    • 4. Basic knowledge of SAP Role & Module Assignments
    • 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • 6. Great attention to detail
    • 7. Having Basic programming language (Ex. VBA, Python) would be added advantage
    • 8. Having Power BI Knowledge would be added advantage
    Language: English written and spoken fluent. It is necessary to be understood by English speaking Germans. Speak German Fluently level B1 / B2 or higher.
