Develop Strategies Tactics to get the world out about our new concept Job Portal (ShortlistMe) and drive quality traffic to our website getting the registrations done for both employers and Candidates .Deploy Successful Marketing Campaigns and own their implementations from ideation to executionExperiment with a varieties of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation , content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity , social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, Performance Analysis ,Produce valuable and engaging productive content for our website and blogs that attracts and converts our target groupsBuild Strategic Relationship and partner with key industry players , agencies, VendorsPrepare and Monitor the Marketing Budget on quarterly and Annually and allocate fund wiselyOversee and Approve Marketing Material from Banners to Hard Copies of brochures and Case StudiesMeasure and Report on the Performance of Marketing Campaigns , Gain Insights, and assess against goalsAnalyze Users Behavior and Adjust Email and Advertising Campaigns AccordinglyCandidates from Established Job Portal Industry are preferred
