Job Description

    Job Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Analyst to support our operations and decision-making processes. The ideal candidate should be proficient in creating dashboards, analyzing large data sets, and generating timely reports to help management track performance metrics and business KPIs.Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports and dashboards
    • Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to leadership
    • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency
    • Manage large datasets using Excel, SQL, or similar tools
    • Track and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance data
    • Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests
    • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports
    • Prepare management-level presentations and summaries
    Requirements:
    • Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, Dashboards)
    • Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau preferred
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Prior experience in BPO or recruitment analytics is a plus
    Education:
    • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
