Job Description

    Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Networking Engineer Level 3A to join our dynamic IT infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex network environments in enterprise settings. You will act as a key escalation point for L1/L2 teams, driving critical projects and network optimization initiatives across our sites in Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Pune.Key Responsibilities:
    • Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-level LAN, WAN, WLAN, and cloud networking solutions.
    • Perform advanced network troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident resolution.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network integration and high availability.
    • Monitor network performance, optimize bandwidth usage, and ensure network security compliance.
    • Configure and manage network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
    • Lead network upgrades, migrations, and implementation of new technologies.
    • Maintain documentation of network architecture, processes, and configurations.
    • Provide Level 3 escalation support for critical network issues.
    • Implement and enforce best practices for network change management.
    Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • 6 years of experience in enterprise network engineering and administration.
    • Strong knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, or similar enterprise networking technologies.
    • Proficient in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VPNs, and QoS.
    • Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools (SolarWinds, Wireshark, etc.).
    • Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).
    • Network certifications preferred (CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, etc.).
    • Strong analytical and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members.
    Preferred Skills:
    • Scripting and automation using Python, Ansible, or similar tools.
    • Experience with SD-WAN, Cisco ACI, and network virtualization.
    • Understanding of ITIL practices and service management.
    • Exposure to cybersecurity practices and NOC/SOC collaboration.
