We are currently looking to connect with experienced professionals for the role of MS Dynamics 365 Finance SME with an experience of 13 years. Based on your background, we believe this opportunity may align well with your skills and experience.Advanced process analysis skills, knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Finance capabilities, and an understanding of client requirements gathered using strong business, Finance functional and technical consulting skills to design and implement proven solutions that address client business challenges. The incumbent must possess deep knowledge of multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution areas, specifically in Finance module. The successful candidate will have 10 years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics Finance (or equivalent) and will be skilled at communicating and demonstrating the value of Dynamics solutions to our clients with the goal of delivering solution designs to deliver business value.
• Assist in identifying and creatively solving complex client problems, envisioning, and enabling critical processes, and fundamentally helping the client to achieve their objectives leveraging Dynamics capabilities.
• Act as a client discovery lead: learn the most important client challenges and needs and uncover those problems that are unspoken, and ultimately establish a proposed solution that will enable them to achieve their goals.
• Elicit, analyze, and validate business needs of key stakeholders by planning, facilitating and documenting requirements gathering / discovery workshops.
• Provide expert overview && deep-dive product demonstrations and position the unique value of Microsoft Dynamics Finance and related platforms to address client requirements.
• Utilize a deep knowledge of financial processes and best practices to advise and guide the client during pre-implementation consulting engagements such as
• Requirements Gathering, Fit Gap Assessments, Design and Configuration.
• Align with stakeholders to convert business requirements into capabilities, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate conceptual requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team
• Participation in FIT/GAP process and ability to write complete functional design specifications
• Identify and analyze risks and issues for the program or project portfolio in conjunction with project managers
• Minimum 6 years Microsoft D365 Finance (or equivalent) implementation experience demonstrating an ability to enhance and implement Dynamics 365 F&O for clients based on their business requirements across the full cycle of implementation
• Extensive functional knowledge in core Finance modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Fixed Assets, Intercompany Accounting, Treasury functions, Fixed Asset Management, Project Operations
• Proven record of delivering business value by leveraging technology and an ability to communicate strategic technical concepts at an executive level and be a trusted voice at the decision-making table.
• Understanding of emerging Microsoft technologies; Azure Cloud Platform, Power BI, PowerApps, Flow, Azure Data lake, DevOps, RSAT
• Working experience with Azure DevOps is highly desirable
• Experience with Finance process design and leading practices, including demonstrated experience in process documentation / process improvement within the Finance function
• Experience managing projects using Waterfall, Agile (Scrum) and hybrid methodology approaches Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of an organization. Ability to effectively communicate to different audiences including internal and external stakeholders and peers clearly and concisely in written, oral and various presentation formats and situations
• Experience working with and supporting Microsoft ISV Solutions ITIL operational awareness and understanding
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science/Information
• Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Commerce or equivalent
• Demonstrated expertise in D365 Finance solution, or equivalent.
• Microsoft Dynamics D365 Functional Certifications highly desirable including:
• Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate
• MB-310: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant
• MB-300: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operations
