Role DescriptionThe Regional People Partner Team is responsible for ensuring elevated Employee Experience at Amdocs India with the regional objective of attraction and retention of Quality Talent for delivering business. Key ResponsibilitiesHas a strong regional presence to provide guidance and consultancy to people managers, team leads and employees on their day- to- day work life, with the focus on elevated employee experience and org spirit. Enable people managers to better engage their team members through one- to- one connects, counselling, coaching and other methods. Needs to design and deliver required interventions from concept to closure for employees. Proactively approach people managers in their moments of truth during the employee life cycle, sensitive Employee Relations issues and HR processes. Strong vector at enhancing people management skills. Being highly accessible & visible to employees. Sensing and reflecting back to business units and regional issues that impact employee experience and engagement. To be people advocate and change agent while pushing forward the region to become people- centric. Design and drive interventions in collaboration with the leaders and managers for employees at Amdocs. Maintain awareness of employee satisfaction to improve morale, communication to the stakeholders and ensure engagement through leaders and support functions. Leveraging information through surveys, attrition analysis, employee connects to provide insights to leaders and managers as well as the relevant stakeholders in support functions. Identify focus areas for intervention and support, to promote a positive organizational culture based on Amdocs Values and Code of Ethics. The goal is to bring in the outside- in perspective and relevant innovative solutions to take care of people in this digital age.
