    • To update patients file as per patients, follow up visit with doctor.
    • Record & maintain patient information/ medical histories.
    • Need to do daily OPD with a Senior Doctor.
    • Need to assist a senior doctor in primary consultation and assessment.
    • Assist in prescribing medications & providing OPD, IPD care to the couple.
    • Do clinical examination of the couple, analyse records, reports and test results.
    • To maintain accurate & clear medical records.
    • To Assist Doctor during sonography of patient & explain prescription to patients as prescribed by Consultant Doctor.
    • To maintain IPD records and to prepare IPD papers of admitted patients. Admission and discharge summaries.
    • To guide sisters as per guidelines given by the Doctor in case of IPD patients.
    • To monitor sisters work i.e. Medication.
