Job Description

    Designation- Sales OfficerLocation: Pune/PCMCKey Responsibilities:Sales Achievement
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
    • Drive the sales of FMCG products through retail outlets, distributors, and wholesalers.
    Market Development
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
    • Expand market share by onboarding new retailers and distributors.
    • Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to counter them.
    Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
    • Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    Field Sales Operations
    • Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability and visibility.
    • Execute promotional activities and campaigns as per company guidelines.
    • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of products.
    Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Provide feedback to the sales manager on market conditions and competitor activities.
    Team Coordination
    • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
    • Assist in training and mentoring junior sales staff when required.
    Qualifications and Skills:Experience: 2 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
    • Good organizational and time-management skills
