    Designation: Territory Manager - Big Ticket SizeExperience:5-10 yrsCTC: 7-10 LPALocation: PuneRole OverviewWe are looking for ahigh-performing, senior sales professionalto join as aTerritory Manager (High Value BC Business).This is not a conventional branch-based sales role. Its designed for seasoned performers fromNBFCs or HFCswho have built deep networks in theMicro & Prime LAPsegment and thrive as independent business generators.You will be responsible forbuilding BC Partnership volumeby drivinghigh-quality, profitable loan volumesthrough our relationships withLarge NBFCs, Banks, and HFCs. You will operate as abusiness vertical owner, and over time, have the opportunity to build your own team and scale this business pan-India.Ideal Candidate Profile
    • 5 10 years of experiencein retail lending, preferably withNBFCs (Preferably from Bajaj and Hero Housing) or HFCsin theHL and LAP / MSME Secured Lendingsegment.
    • Proven track record ofindividual sales excellence, consistently delivering strong business volumes.
    • Deep understanding oflocal market dynamicsand competitionability to identify, acquire, and retain productive sourcing partners.
    • Highly networked professionalknows key channel partners, NBFCs and HFCs in the market and their strategy and field-level influencers.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives withautonomy, enjoysbuilding from scratch, and has strong business ownership.
    Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment withuncapped earning potential.Key Responsibilities
    • Drivebusiness volumesthrough ourstrategic partnershipswith large NBFCs, Banks, and HFCs under BC (Business Correspondent) arrangements.
    • Build and manage relationships withDSAs, Connectors, and Aggregatorsto source high-yield, profitable LAP cases.
    • Maintain deep market intelligenceknow whos lending, at what price, and in which customer segment.
    • Ensureprofitable portfolio growthwith focus on bothMicro LAP ( 520L)andPrime LAP ( 20L1Cr)segments.
    • Own theP&Lof your territorys BC verticalfocus on yield, quality, and conversion efficiency.
    • Be thesingle point of accountabilityfor your citys BC business performance.
    • Collaborate with internal credit, operations, and risk teams to ensure smooth execution and partner satisfaction.
    • Create ablueprint for scalingbuild and mentor your own high-performing sales team once the business gains traction.
    Preference:Product- HL and LAPLocation: PuneJob role - Currently Individual Profile after 6 to 8 Months depending on the business outcome team will be allocated.CTC Bucket - 7 to 10 L MaxCompensation
