ServiceNow Lead Solution Architect / Lead Presales - Global

Global presales/Solution offering role will own strong in estimation techniques/methods and commercials. Experience in Medium to Large scale, strategic & complex deals/bids, lead solution development, multi-tower, win-theme/strategy, presales, techno commercial, thought leadership, End to End solutioning experience.

Overall, 10 years of work experience in corporate environment with strong technical, analytical and solution skills.
Exposure in Customer Solution in the Bid or Proactive Opportunity. 4 Years experience in ServiceNow Architecture, presales, RFP/RFI.
Experience in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SPM, SecOps, Service Portal, VA, App Engine and other ServiceNow offerings. Deep dive experience including hands-on in minimum of 2 ServiceNow modules.
Have good knowledge of ITIL, Enterprise Service Management and Service Management Processes.
