Job Description

    As a Data Entry Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into Google Sheets from various sources. Your role will involve creating, organizing, and maintaining spreadsheets in Google Sheets, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data, and maintaining accurate records and documentation related to data entry and spreadsheet management. You will also be utilizing formulas to perform calculations, analyzing data to identify trends, generating reports, and collaborating with team members to share and access data effectively.Key Responsibilities:- Accurately enter and update data into Google Sheets from various sources- Create, organize, and maintain spreadsheets in Google Sheets- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within Google Sheets- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to data entry and spreadsheet management- Use formulas to perform calculations and automate tasks within Google Sheets- Analyze data within spreadsheets to identify trends and patterns- Generate reports based on data from Google Sheets- Collaborate with team members to share and access data in Google SheetsQualifications Required:- Proficiency in Google Sheets with a strong understanding of its features, functions, and formulas- Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy- Fast and accurate data entry skills- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage large amounts of data- Ability to identify and resolve data entry errors- Good communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively- Familiarity with relevant software such as Microsoft OfficeThis is a full-time position with a day shift and morning shift schedule. The role requires 3 years of experience in Google Sheets, MIS Executive, and Microsoft Excel.
