Job Description

    As a Technician, your role will involve processing samples from acceptance to result transfer. You will be responsible for validating and verifying assays under senior guidance, as well as generating and checking reports before dispatch after approval. Additionally, you will be preparing in-house reagents, verifying their performance, and maintaining/calibrating equipment while updating logbooks accordingly. Your duties will also include assisting in new assay development, managing inventory, and raising indents as necessary.Key Responsibilities:- Process samples from acceptance to result transfer- Validate/verify assays under senior guidance- Generate and check reports; dispatch after approval- Prepare in-house reagents and verify performance- Maintain/calibrate equipment and update logbooks- Assist in new assay development- Manage inventory and raise indents- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards- Handle and escalate customer queries- Raise/close non-conformances in time- Train and support new joiners/colleagues- Promote teamwork and a positive work environment- Perform additional lab-related tasks as assignedQualifications Required:- Education: Diploma (Required)- Experience: Minimum 2 years as a lab technician (Required)- Location: Raipur, Raipur, Chhattisgarh (Required)Please note that this is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the specified location.In addition to the job details provided, the company offers benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund to its employees.
