Job Description

    Role Overview:As an Account Manager in B2B/ Corporate Sales, your main responsibility is to ensure sales and service within your assigned territory. You will be tasked with delivering Data (Internet Bandwidth, MPLS, Cloud, etc.), Voice (Postpaid), Broadband, and Fixed Line Business to customers. It will be your duty to be the primary point of contact for customers, fostering relationships, and driving growth in Customer Market Share (CMS) and Revenue Market Share (RMS) in both existing and new accounts.Key Responsibilities:- Deliver Data, Voice, and Fixed Line installations according to set targets- Identify and acquire new accounts for Data, Voice, and Fixed Line services- Cross-sell multiple product lines to both existing and new customers- Maintain a healthy sales funnel for all three Lines of Business, ensuring a certain level of maturity- Stay informed about competitors plans and gather market intelligence- Monitor competitors offerings to plan sales strategies for different client segmentsQualifications Required:- Proven experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships- Ability to negotiate and close orders/contracts to drive revenue- Proven track record in developing new business through upselling and cross-selling- Strong focus on ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions to meet client needs Role Overview:As an Account Manager in B2B/ Corporate Sales, your main responsibility is to ensure sales and service within your assigned territory.
