Job Description

    As a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) Aftersales at BMW Motorrad Munich Motors in Raipur, your primary responsibility will be to provide a premium customer experience to all BMW Motorrad service customers. You will be the face of the service department, managing front-desk interactions, scheduling appointments, updating service status, and ensuring seamless communication between the workshop and clients. This role is exclusively for female candidates who possess excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.Your key responsibilities will include:Customer Service:- Warmly greet and assist customers at the service reception.- Understand customer concerns and effectively communicate them to the technical advisor or workshop team.- Provide real-time updates on service status, delivery timing, and cost estimates.Appointment Management:- Handle service bookings through calls, messages, and walk-ins.- Maintain the daily service calendar to ensure efficient workshop load distribution.- Ensure appointment reminders and confirmations are communicated to customers in advance.Feedback & Relationship Building:- Conduct follow-up calls post-service to gather customer feedback.- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.- Proactively address customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues.Documentation & Reporting:- Ensure accurate completion and signing of job cards.- Maintain both digital and physical records of service history and repeat complaints.- Share daily reports on service visits, feedback, and complaint resolution with management.Coordination:- Collaborate with the workshop, parts, and billing departments to ensure smooth service flow.- Assist in insurance claim processes and warranty procedures when necessary.- Address customer inquiries regarding service estimates and timelines.To qualify for this role, you must meet the following requirements:- Female candidates only, as per the front office and customer interface requirements.- Minimum graduate with a preference for backgrounds in Hospitality, Customer Service, or Auto industry.- At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive service sector.- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.- Confident personality with a strong sense of ownership.- Basic knowledge of MS Office and DMS/CRM tools is preferred.In return, you can expect:- Fixed salary with incentives based on Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).- BMW Motorrad customer experience training.- Career growth opportunities into senior service advisory or customer care roles.- The chance to work with a prestigious international brand.This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, health insurance, and internet reimbursement.
