Job Description

    Position -General Manager Sales (Transmission Line Tower)Location - Raipur, ChattisgarhResponsibilities:
    • Lead the sales and business development efforts in theTransmission Line Tower
    • Driving sales growth, building strong client relationships and expanding market presence. Transmission line tower project sales
    • Target Power Utilities, EPC contractors, and government tenders
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in the transmission line tower segment.
    • Identify new business opportunities, key clients, and market trends to expand the companys market presence.
    • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiation, contract finalization, and after-sales support.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with power utilities, EPC contractors, government agencies, and private sector clients.
    • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure product offerings meet customer requirements.
    • Prepare and submit tenders, proposals, and bids for large-scale transmission line projects.
    • Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to develop a competitive sales approach.
    • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
    • Represent the company in industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
    • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and business development
