Job Description

    As a PGT Teacher for all subjects at Hustlr Staffing Services, your role involves designing and implementing engaging lesson plans that align with the school curriculum. You will create a positive and inclusive classroom environment to promote student learning and engagement. Assessing student performance using various evaluation methods and providing constructive feedback to support their development is a key responsibility.Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum.- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.- Assess student performance using various evaluation methods.- Provide constructive feedback to support student development.- Utilize innovative teaching techniques and educational technology to enhance learning experiences.- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive education strategy.- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress.- Monitor and document student progress to tailor lessons to individual learning needs.- Maintain records of student attendance, grades, and assessments.- Stay updated with educational trends and best practices in teaching.- Foster a culture of respect and responsibility among students.- Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills among students.- Participate in school meetings, workshops, and training sessions.- Implement disciplinary actions when necessary for effective classroom management.- Support extracurricular activities and holistic student development.- Promote a safe and secure learning environment for all students.Qualifications Required:- Hold a Masters degree in Education or a relevant subject area.- Teaching certification or license as per local regulations.- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting.- Strong knowledge of curriculum standards and assessment methods.- Proficiency in using educational technology and software.,
