Job Description

    BUHR (Business Unit HR) RaipurCTC: 3 LPA Experience: 1.5 2 Years in HR Backend Joining: Immediate Location: RaipurKey Responsibilities:
    • Handle Core HR operations including attendance, roster, and employee data management.
    • Manage payroll coordination and ensure timely salary processing.
    • Conduct induction and onboarding programs for new joiners.
    • Track and analyze RAG status, shrinkage, and manpower reports.
    • Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and HR initiatives.
    • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and MIS reports.
    • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
    • Handle and resolve employee grievances professionally and within defined TAT.
    • Conduct grievance meetings, document cases, and ensure proper escalation & closure.
    • Support compliance with HR policies, SOPs, and labor laws.
    • Work closely with operations for manpower planning and productivity tracking.
    • Assist in performance management and disciplinary processes.
    Required Skills:
    • Good knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Onboarding, Grievance Handling, and HR Operations.
    • Strong coordination, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, HRIS tools, and reporting.
    • Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
