Job Description

    As a candidate with experience in the steel industry, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for the sales team. Your main duties will include conducting needs assessments, setting learning objectives, and creating engaging training materials such as presentations, guides, videos, and simulations.In terms of training delivery, you will lead sessions through various formats like workshops, webinars, coaching, and on-the-job training. It will be essential to adapt content to suit different sales teams needs and provide constructive feedback and coaching during sessions.You will also focus on ensuring sales representatives have a strong understanding of the companys products, services, and value propositions. This involves training them on effective sales techniques, objection handling, and the sales process from prospecting to pipeline management.Additionally, you will familiarize sales teams with relevant sales tools and technology platforms, teaching them best practices for utilizing these tools to enhance sales efficiency. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, collaborating with sales leaders to identify areas for improvement, and staying updated on industry trends will be crucial for continuous improvement.Maintaining records of training activities and outcomes, generating reports to track the impact of training on sales performance, and collaborating with stakeholders like sales managers, HR, and other departments will be necessary to align training initiatives with business objectives. Strong communication skills in English, an educational background in MBA/BBA or any degree, and 2 to 7 years of experience in a similar role are required.
