Job Description

    As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for lead generation in the assigned area, achieving business targets, and ensuring the active involvement of all channel partners for successful business operations. You will analyze the need for new or replacement channel partners and ensure the overall health of business locations for growth opportunities. Your role will involve conducting business analysis for channel partners and implementing strategies for improvement.Understanding the key customer needs and requirements will be crucial for your role. You will provide support to other managers for joint account working and collaborate with the team to achieve group targets. It will be your responsibility to ensure the timely delivery of correct products, offers, and services to customers. Additionally, you will focus on both new business acquisition and renewal business within the designated area.Your key result areas (KRA) will include media marketing across the territory, sales of media services at bus stations in the given zone, lead generation through daily prospect calling, and conducting a minimum of 8-10 visits per day for media services sales. You will be required to monitor and track the health of bus stations in coordination with support engineers and achieve targets through media agencies and individuals based on their potential.The ideal candidate for this position should possess skills in teamwork, negotiation, leadership, prospecting, analytical and problem-solving abilities, lead generation, sales data analytics, time management, data-driven decision-making, and upselling/cross-selling. A degree in any discipline, BBA, or MBA along with 3-4 years of experience (2 years in a relevant field) is required for this role.This is a full-time, permanent position offering benefits such as health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule involves day shifts with a yearly bonus. The work location will be in person at Rajkot.,
