Job Description

As an e-commerce professional with experience in brand/vendor management, partnerships, and marketing, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of AgriBegri. Your responsibilities will include the following:- **Strategic Partnerships**: - Build and manage relationships with top agri-input brands and FPOs. - Achieve targets of 5 big-brand partnerships and 25 FPO associations in the first 3 months. - Negotiate and close mutually beneficial agreements.- **Seller Relations**: - Act as the primary point of contact for existing sellers. - Ensure high seller engagement, resolve escalations, and improve seller satisfaction. - Work closely with the seller onboarding team for smooth transitions.- **Marketing Leadership**: - Oversee campaigns that highlight partnerships, new sellers, and FPO collaborations. - Align marketing initiatives with sales and partnership goals. - Track and report marketing ROI to leadership.- **Process & Team Building**: - Streamline workflows for the Marketing & Seller Org. - Manage one direct report to handle operational and administrative tasks.Your success in this role will be reflected in:- 5 major brands signed and actively selling on AgriBegri.- 25 FPOs onboarded and engaging with the platform.- Smooth, documented processes for seller and marketing operations.- Noticeable increase in brand visibility and seller satisfaction.If you are a proactive individual with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, proven ability to close high-value partnerships, and excellent communication skills in English & Hindi, this role at AgriBegri is tailored for you.
