Position DetailsPosition Asst. Manager / Deputy ManagerReports To Hub Incharge- Rajkot, Sr. ManagerPlace of Posting RajkotResponsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Timely availability at plants as per Dynamic Buffer Management.
  • Green Supply Chain (Conversion to Re-usable packaging)
  • Logistics cost reduction.
  • Dealing with Strategic Sourcing, Component Development, QA & other agencies to protect supply chain.
  • Well conversant with QMS, TPM practices, SAP MRP
  • Well conversant with Logistics and packaging practices.
Job RequirementsExperience4-5yearsIndustry Preferred Tractor / Auto Industry exposure.QualificationBE MechPersonality TraitsCompetencies
  1. Supplier Relation Management,
  2. Managing the crisis and seasonal variations in demands & should be able manage pressures.
  3. Analysing the status at supplier end and Mktg priority in advance.
  4. Working closely with suppliers and FD plants to aligning timely availability, requires good interactions skills.
General Requirements
  • Should be ready to reside near any Industrial belt around Rajkot.
  • Travelling as per pre-decided plans to supplier place through own vehicle (4Wheeler).
