Job Description

    Position Title: B2B EdTech Sales RepresentativeLocation:Rajkot, SaurashtraDepartment: SalesReports To: Sales Manager / Director of SalesOverview:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated B2B EdTech Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our educational technology products and services to educational institutions, including schools, colleges, and universities. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, strong relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the education sector.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
      • Identify and research potential clients within the educational sector.
      • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking at industry events.
    2. Client Engagement:
      • Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with prospective clients.
      • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
    3. Sales Strategy and Execution:
      • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
      • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
    4. Relationship Management:
      • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
      • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
    5. Negotiation and Closing:
      • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
      • Ensure smooth onboarding and transition of new clients to the customer success team.
    6. Collaboration:
      • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
      • Provide feedback to improve product offerings and address client needs.
    7. Reporting and Analysis:
      • Track and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
      • Use CRM software to manage and document sales activities.
