Job Description

Position-Branch Head/Territory ManagerVertical-Direct/AgencyCtc-Up to 12 lacsPRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY:

  1. Recruitment & Training
  • Participate in recruitment process to identify the right talent for various positions within the team
  • SM hand-holding by equipping them with process knowledge, policy log-in process, training on product pitching & selling skill
  1. Business Delivery & Review
  • Business target distribution among the SMs as per the designation & vintage.
  • Ensure 100% SM activation by first week
  • Review business performance of team regularly to understand progress of each SM & provides input on areas to work on.
  • Track issuance, renewal & maturity data.
  • Create a detailed plan to deploy the business strategy to increase market share for the Branch. Responsible for capacity building at branch level
  • Maximize sales productivity of the team and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide in-the-field support to direct reports by joining them on calls and providing coaching and feedback based on performance.
  • Responsible for need based sales, compliance and retention (persistency) of customers.
  1. Lead Allocation
  • Visit LMS & check customer portfolio
  • According to profile of the customer distribute lead among the SMs
  • Tracking of leads till conversion
  • Bring in best practices to offer excellent experience while on boarding customers
  1. Team development & engagement
  • Grooming SMs on customer complaint/ objection handling
  • Provide joint call support to all SMs, minimum 2 calls a day & also visit the allocated branches
  • Facilitate with HNI client handling experience to SMs
  • Recommended reward & recognition programs to be driven for SMs to ensure sustainable business generation & retention too.
Basic Requirements
  • Age not more than 35 Years.
  • CTC Upto 10
  • Atleast one promotion in two years.
  • Candidate should be Graduate.
  • Minimum 5 to 6 years life insurance sales experience
