Job Opportunity with number 1 EdTech brand- Fresher can also apply.You will deal with direct B2C tele sales on a daily basis and indulge in strategic meetings.Responsible to connect with potential customers (verified and qualified leads) Pitch them the product and convey the message effectively and convert them into potential customers for the companyPromptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfactionEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales serviceAssess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product featuresFollow and achieve departments sales goals.Academic Qualification: Any UG/PGThe candidate will assist students and parents across India througha consultative sales model via telesales.Coordination with the marketing, and technology teams will be required to leverage branding,partnerships & software to help drive growth.1. Need to do cold callings and fix face to face appointments2. Giving Product demos & going for home demos.3.
