- Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks. - Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively. - Research and identify new market opportunities. - Lead generation from online bidding portals (Upwork, Guru, PPH, etc. )- Dealing with new and existing National & International clients. - Bidding on a various portal and bringing the project for the company. - Handover the project description to Technical Head. - Client Relationship Management. - Responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs). - Answering potential client questions and follow- up call questions. - Creating and maintaining a list/ database of prospect clients. - Project management skill would be added advantage like preparing wire- frame, handling the overall project and make sure it delivers to the client on time- Excellent verbal and written English communication- Lead generation through different channels like email marketing, cold calling, social media marketing, freelancing websites, etc- Ability to take client calls, requirement gathering, proposal preparation, effort estimation based on the requirementRequirements: - Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients. - Excellent leadership and fluent communication skills. - Experience in project management and/ or sales. - Knowledge of productivity tools and software.
