Job Description

    As a Production Process Manager, your primary responsibility will be maintaining the process parameters and ensuring smooth production operations. You will be tasked with deploying manpower effectively to meet production requirements and managing shift operations, which may include both day and night shifts. Your role will involve guiding operators and technicians to optimize performance and output.A key aspect of your job will be selecting the appropriate furnace and press-related parameters to achieve the desired results. Proficiency in CNC programming is essential for this role. Previous experience in Forging or Foundry industries is highly preferred.This is a full-time and permanent position with a work schedule that includes day and morning shifts. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.If you are someone who thrives in a dynamic production environment and has a strong background in process management, this role could be the perfect fit for you. Your work location will be on-site, requiring your presence in person to oversee operations effectively.,
