Job Description

    As the Sales Head for IHCL SeleQtions in Rajkot, your primary responsibilities will include:- Achieving Room Revenue, Banquet and Outlet budget Revpar, and other revenue targets in line with the hotels financial goals.- Ensuring EBITDA margins are maintained and in alignment with the hotel revenue.- Preparing budget plans prior to the start of the Financial Year.- Developing and submitting a sales plan on a quarterly basis, including segment-wise details.- Leading the Sales Department strategically, overseeing both reactive and proactive sales efforts.- Driving revenue goals, guest and associate satisfaction, and overall departmental financial performance.- Conducting team meetings to facilitate a coordinated approach towards target achievement.- Analyzing client engagement through the Sales force platform and guiding the team accordingly.- Following guidelines to submit Request for Proposal (RFP) as required.- Collaborating with the credit manager to review credit statuses and ensure compliance.- Coordinating with the Head of Finance to uphold all Third-Party Audit Management (TPAM) points.- Building relationships with Media companies for consistent hotel coverage and exposure.- Studying competition information alongside the Sales Manager and team to strategize effective pricing.- Organizing Sales Blitz activities and monitoring feeder city reports for the hotel.- Providing market intelligence to adapt sales strategies to meet or exceed customer expectations.- Establishing strong partnerships with local organizations to enhance brand/product visibility.This role offers you the opportunity to lead the sales function of IHCL SeleQtions in Rajkot, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction through strategic planning and effective team management.
