Job Description

  • Knowledge of Through hardening Continuous Furnace
  • Knowledge of Hardness Inspection
  • Knowledge of Heat Treatment Process
  • Manpower Handling
  • Knowledge of Computer Skills
  • Expert level knowledge of cutting tools, materials, heat treatment, quality control
and production planning.Should have exposure and working knowledge of following machines, 1) Ball Header 2) Flashing Machine 3) Heat Treatment 4) Grinding Machine 5) Lapping machine and other supporting machines.Required an Heat Treatment operators who has the knowledge of hardening, annealing, carburizing, tempering and heat treatment facilities.Candidate should be Diploma in Metallurgy Engineering.Candidate should knowledge of Metallurgy process, Heat Treatment Plant, Furnace1) Planning and Production of Cold Forged Components2)Planning and Production of Thread Rolled Components3)Planning and Production of Tools Planning4)Inspection of Finished Parts5)Planning and Production for Heat Treatment of partswho has the knowledge of hardening, annealing, carburizing, tempering and heat treatment facilities.Heat treatment supervision & record maintain.Diploma in Metallurgy BE Metallurgy
  • Preparation for MIS
  • Preparing ISIR documents
  • Handling Inprocess and incoming quality
  • Handling customer complaints and supplier issues
  • Knowledge in heat treatment, shot blasting, coating, electroplating
