  • Cargo dispatch approval to Customer/Nominated Agent
  • Export documentation
  • Forward Invoice and packing list to Prepare GST Invoice
  • Forward Packing list to dispatch team for preparing Labels
  • Avail Marine Insurance
  • Apply for Certificate of Origin to Various Government department if require
  • Apply for Heat Treatment certificate/Fumigation certificate
  • Export Dispatch
  • Follow up with Custom House Agent
  • Follow up with Freight Forwarder
  • Arrange for Transportation for Export Consignments
  • Availing Marine Insurance
  • Shipping bill Checklist Approval
  • Draft of Bill of Lading Approval
  • Monitoring of Duty Drawback & MEIS incentive should mention in Shipping Bill
  • Monitoring & keep record of Export cargos Shipment and delivery to customer
  • Track record of on time receipt of Duty drawback in Bank Account
  • Track record of on time receipt of IGST Refund in Bank Account
  • Get Release of Held up duty drawback
  • Get Release Stuck-up IGST refund
  • Solve Custom and shipping line issue related to Export shipment.
  • Application of MEIS
  • Courier Original Documents to customer if require
  • Submitting Export documents in BANK
  • Export records Maintaining physically as well as softcopy
  • Foreign Warehouse stock report email to customer
  • Foreign Warehouse management
  • Arrange for documentation and shipment from Foreign warehouse to customer
  • Documentation for Samples to be sent to Exhibition abroad.
  • Arrange for transportation of sample to participate in Exhibition abroad.
  • Insurance claim documentation and follow up with Insurance company
  • Application for status house certificate whenever require
  • Procedure for renewal of RCMC
  • Sale related procedure of MEIS licences
  • Import Custom Clearance
  • Outward remittance
  • Follow-up with Import supplier for timely dispatch.
