Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to operate and manage the functioning of a fully automatic capsule filling machine, preferably with hands-on knowledge of the PF-90 model.Key Responsibilities: Operate and oversee the performance of the fully automatic capsule filling machine (preferably PF-90). Ensure smooth and efficient production runs while maintaining high-quality standards. Maintain accurate and timely records of batch production, machine performance, and other relevant documentation as per regulatory and organizational requirements. Supervise, guide, and coordinate with helpers/labourers on the production floor to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to safety protocols. Conduct basic troubleshooting and coordinate with maintenance teams when necessary. Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and company SOPs.Requirements: Prior experience in operating fully automatic capsule filling machines (experience with PF-90 is an added advantage). Ability to handle production documentation and maintain regulatory compliance. Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and guide support staff.
