Job Description

If you have a desire to contribute to building a sustainable world, our Marketing & Growth team is looking for a Head of Marketing France / Director of Marketing France.- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to accelerate the companys growth and visibility in France.- Lead all marketing functions including digital marketing, content, branding, public relations, and market research.- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment of marketing and sales objectives, focusing on lead quality and measurable ROI.- Manage a high-performing team, enhance their skills, and coordinate actions with product, sales, and customer success teams.- Optimize the marketing stack operationally using tools such as Marketo and Salesforce.- Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or equivalent (MBA preferred).- Minimum of 7 years of B2B marketing experience in the SaaS industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.- Proficiency in Marketo and Salesforce, with experience in integrating both platforms considered a significant advantage.- Demonstrated experience in implementing revenue-generating marketing strategies and event organization.- Strong analytical and project management skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.- Fluent in English.Once For All offers a monthly collective meetup, an annual seminar, and internal initiatives such as a book club and breakfasts.
