Manager For A Finance Industry.Qualification : MBA in HR/ MLW / MSW / MHRMExperience: 5 + year in a relevant field (Preferably Female candidate with finance industry exp.)CTC: Based on candidates experience and merits (Up to 6.00 L)Location: Rajkot Head officeResponsibilities:

  • Creating HR strategies and initiatives with alignment of goals of the organization.
  • Designing & Drafting Job descriptions for various positions, preparing KPIs and management of performance appraisal cycle for organization.
  • Drafting man power management strategies including talent acquisition for senior positions
  • Designing employee engagement activities in consultation with leadership team &management.
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Establishing and maintaining robust performance management system (PMS) in effective and efficient
  • manner across the levels.
  • Creating positive working environment through employee motivational programs, encouraging team work
  • within employees to boost high moral and ethical values in the human capital.
  • Employee counseling and mentoring.
  • Employee Competency Gap analysis& strategies for competency development as per future business needs
  • Designing and implementing Employee life cycle.
  • Identifying and implementing best practices in employee on boarding.
  • Drafting and circulating HR communication across various stakeholders and organization.
  • Administrative and correspondence tasks related to HR
