Job Description

    As a Junior Accountant at a Rajkot-based firm specializing in US accounting and taxation services, your role will involve Accounting & Bookkeeping for US clients on QuickBooks. You will be responsible for monthly accounting tasks, reconciling bank and credit card accounts, finalizing monthly PL and BS reports, assisting with financial statements and reports, supporting month-end and year-end closing processes, and collaborating with senior accountants for tax filings. In addition, you will work with industry-standard software like QuickBooks Online and Desktop, Excel, and Gmail.**Key Responsibilities:**- Monthly Accounting and bookkeeping for each client.- Reconcile Bank and credit card accounts.- Finalize monthly PL and BS and deliver to the client.- Assist with preparing financial statements and reports.- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.- Collaborate with senior accountants to prepare tax filings.**Qualifications:**- Bachelors degree in accounting or related field (B.com/M.com/Part CA).- Strong understanding of accounting principles.- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.This role provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will gain hands-on experience in US accounting and taxation services while delivering accurate and timely financial support to clients.,
