Job Description

  • Should be a Graduate with good communication skills.
  • Should have team handling experience.
  • Should be certified on Redhat/Suse.
  • Should be trained/certified on Cloud/Datacenter/Open Stack/Open Shift/Ansible.
  • Should be ITIL foundation certified/trained.
  • Should possess the industry standards and best practices.
  • Should have hosting experience such as cPanel, Apache, Tomcat etc.
  • Should have through knowledge on DNS, clustering, virtualization.
  • Proactively & reactively involve in resolution of issues at Network / customer endDeploy ways & means to achieve outage free Network & minimum TTR in case of outagesAnalyzes network logs, troubleshoot, and tracks the incident and resolution of problems.Be a bridget between L1, L2 teams & NOC teamShould be an independent Technical Resource who is self-driven. Will only have adminstrative reporting.Configure and install router, switches and firewalls.Performing detailed analysis of plans, outagesPrepares and maintains documentation of network configurations.Evaluate, test, and install new network hardware, software and services.Establish backup policies and procedures.Escalation procedures, policies and working practices are adhered toCertifications like CCNA, CCNP, CCIE and/or equivalent Mikrotik certifications are highly desirableStrong TCP/IP routing skills, i.e. routers, switches, firewalls and network monitoring systemsKnowledge on application performance monitors and network analyzers.Working Knowledge on Network Monitoring Systems and IPSLAs, NETFLOWS etc.,Expert level knowledge in Cisco/Huawei/Mikrotik Technology and willing to work on shift basis.
